I've been plant-based for over 21 years and I can honestly tell you that it's easier than ever to avoid dairy, and I don't miss cheese at all!

I've been making my own dairy-free cheeses, salad dressings, mayo, and more for many years and now you can too.

I will also show you the many alternatives available at the store.

If you've been struggling to give up dairy, trying to reduce your consumption, and looking for tasty alternatives this workshop is for you.

What you’ll learn:

  • You can survive and thrive without consuming any dairy!
  • Overview of the MANY varieties of dairy-free alternatives (milks, cheese, butter, yogurts)
  • What to look out for when reading ingredient / nutrition labels
  • My favorite dairy-free alternatives (they are not all created equal)
  • My secrets to making plant-based cheeses at home (feta, ricotta, spreadable cheese)
  • How-to create tasty salad dressings, mayonnaise, and desserts without any dairy!

  • Workshop length is about 2 hours
  • There will be time for Q&A 
  • Part of the workshop includes a tour of the store focusing on dairy-free products
