Youth Soccer Coach

Join our MMU Coaching Team! Excellent opportunity for existing or past soccer players from the area to stay in soccer and inspire future generations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 5-12, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
• Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong motivational abilities and a commitment to fair play.
• Must be of good character and have demonstrated love for work with children.
• Preferred certifications: FUNdamentals, Learn To Train, as well as other minimum requirements such as but not limited to Respect in Sport, Making Headway and Ethical Decisions.

Compensation: $20-$35/session, based on experience
