We are hiring a Wool Grader & Lead Hand Warehouse Operator to support our wool grading operations and lead warehouse activities at our Carleton Place facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grade raw wool by hand (training provided)
• Sort fleeces by type, quality, and preparation
• Operate hydraulic wool presses (up to 1,200 lbs per bale)
• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Supervise and support warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate records, and ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Experience in agriculture, textiles, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Forklift certification preferred
