We are looking for a Program Coordinator (Part-Time) who shares our commitment to helping individuals and families navigate their healthcare journey with dignity and respect.

This key role involves managing client visits, advocating for families, coordinating volunteer support, and offering education about end-of-life care, all while making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing life-limiting illnesses in our community.

Position Requirements:

RPN/RN with 2 years of experience, In good standing with the CNO

Hospice palliative care/community knowledge and training with a willingness to obtain certification from a recognized palliative care education/training program
