In this workshop, you will be guided with the support of an art therapist to: 

• Create a collage and mixed media vision board to help get you set on your path. 

• Reconnect to your inspiration and purpose.

• Gain clarity on balancing your intentions for mental, physical, social, and spiritual wellness. 

• Use the creative process to connect to your inner wisdom. 

• Break large goals into smaller steps and find your path forward!
