I am a fully Independent and Licensed Insurance Broker, and a Specialist in the field of Employee Benefits. I work exclusively with small to mid-sized businesses; solopreneur to a maximum of 100 employees. This enables me to provide highly personalized and custom service. I design, implement, and manage Benefit Programs that align with the business owner's philosophy, values and budget. I broker from multiple companies, in several areas (including Health and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Disability Insurance, Health and Wellness Spending Accounts, Gig Plans, ASO Plans, Group RRSPs, Group TFSAs, DPSPs, EAPs, Executive Health Plans, Travel Plans, etc.), to create a Program that is unique to each client's culture and requirements.
