The Pancake House Restaurant and Maple Gift Shoppe are open 7 days a week from mid-February through mid-April each year. Following the annual maple season, there are various ways to shop maple: I) call 613-256-3867 or email info@fultons.ca (with as much notice as possible) and they will coordinate a visit to the Maple Gift Shoppe.
