We subdivide land either by severance or subdivision. We have built 12 Subdivisions in Beckwith Township. We clear the land and build the roads. We also put hydro and telephone lines in. We are presently developing a 25 Lot subdivision in Franktown and hope to have lots available for sale next spring. We also have severed 2 lots that will be ready this fall.
