Topps Environmental Solutions (TES) is a locally owned and operated waste management company located in Carleton Place. They have been proudly serving the Ottawa Valley and surrounding area since 1985.

TES provides collection, transfer, recycling, resource recovery and disposal services. TES currently manages a fleet of trucks that collect recycle and waste from a number of different municipalities as well as managing a local transfer station.
